MBA Executive: Candidates applying for admission to this programme must have pursued at least a three-year bachelor's degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling, having secured minimum 45% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in any of the disciplines such as Arts, Commerce, Social Sciences, Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Medicine, Engineering or Technology. The bachelor’s degree should be of the University of Delhi or any recognized University / Deemed University / Institute.

MBA Executive (Health Care Administration): Candidates seeking admission to this programme must have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 45% aggregate marks in Medicine (MBBS) / Dentistry (BDS) / Biotechnology / Genomics / Genetics / Nursing / Bioengineering / Alternative Systems of Medicine / aramedical discipline / Pharmacology / Anthropology / Zoology or an examination recognized as equivalent. The bachelor’s degree should be of the University of Delhi or any recognized University / Deemed University / Institute.

Reservations/Relaxations are provided to the candidates as per the existing University of Delhi rules, and as amended from time to time. At present, the reservation in these two MBA programmes are as under:

• Open or Unreserved (Gen)
• Scheduled Caste(SC)
• Scheduled Tribe (ST)
• Other Backward Class, non-creamy layer (OBC)
• Visually Challenged (PWD1)
• Auditory Challenged (PWD2)
• Orthopaedic Challenged (PWD3)
• Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel killed in action (CW1)
• Wards of serving personnel and ex-servicemen disabled in action (CW2)
• Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel who died in peace time with death attributable to military service (CW3)
• Wards of Defence Personnel disabled in peace time with disability attributable to military service (CW4)
• Wards of Ex-Servicemen and Serving Personnel including Police Personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Awards (CW5)
• Foreign Nationals (FS)

Applicants can register themselves for admission to MBA Executive and MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) programmes through FMS website www.fms.edu by filling up online registration form and by paying the requisite fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs.350/- for SC/ST/PWD category) for each programme, during 8th October, 2014 to 10th November, 2014. Admission to these programmes will be based on Academics, Executive Experience, Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview.

Notes :

• A candidate may apply for one or more programmes of FMS.
• Incomplete form(s) and those without requisite fee will not be entertained.
• FMS, University of Delhi will not be responsible for any postal delay.
• FMS will not entertain any chargeback cases of online payment.
• All matters of dispute will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
• Those applying for the reserved category seats (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/CW) need to send self-attested photocopy of their applicable category certificates.
• All candidates are required to send the computer generated Application Acknowledgement Form, after online registration, along with the supporting documents to FMS latest by 28th November, 2014.

Candidates seeking admission to MBA Executive and MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) programmes should have at least five years of experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial / industrial / government establishment / registered organization after passing the bachelor’s degree examination. Experience shall be determined as on 1st April, 2015. Candidates should enclose Sponsorship/No Objection Certificate from his/her employer in prescribed format along with the Application Acknowledgement Form. All claims of the candidates with respect to their eligibility, experience, etc. will be accepted till the date of their interviews and not thereafter.
